My family used David Cooper to do the surveying work for a lease extension a while ago. He came recommended by my mother's colleague. The work was done satisfactorily and we completed the transaction, but when I dealt with David directly - normally on the phone to ask queries - I found him to be dismissive and actually quite rude. On one occasion I called with a question to understand something, and his response was unhelpful, his attitude irritated, and he wanted me to figure it out myself. He was more keen to leave the office early for a religious holiday. I can only assume he thought I could
