This is a voluntary initiative in place to give clients the confidence in the quality of care their animals receive.

Repeat Food/Prescriptions

It is our policy to re-assess animals requiring repeat prescriptions every six months, although this may vary depending on the condition. Frequent assessment allows us to ensure that the current medication and dosage is suitable. If it is more than six months since we last saw the animal you will be asked to arrange an appointment with a vet before further medication can be dispensed.

Our vet services include consultations in three locations, home visits, 24 hour emergency care and repeat prescription service.

Our Sturminster Newton and Blandford branches are well equipped with modern x-ray, ultrasound, operating and hospitalisation facilities. At our Shaftesbury branch, we currently offer vet consultations only. Our team constantly work towards maintaining high levels of hygiene throughout the branches at all times.
