Vic installed a worcester bosch boiler for me 2 years ago. He told me he would put the job through Boxt as it would work out cheaper. Great. He proposed the job would take 2 days. On the day he brought somone elses apprentice and another man and said it would be a day. I was told around 3pm the work was finished so came back home. The apprentice said to vic what about the valves upstairs and vic said it would be ok. Few days later a valve upstairs leaked and vic came to repair. He told me they were old and I shouldn't touch them. Why weren't these replaced at the time? I asked how much to replace
