We went to Graham & Co to assist with getting a wedding ring made smaller for my father in law who was in a care home. The customer service from Graham's was exceptional. They supplied us with measures that we could use ourselves in the care home and, when we had the size, they made the adjustments necessary while we waited. They were welcoming, friendly, sympathetic and professional. I can't rate them highly enough.

I had some gold jewellery melted down to have a bangle made and had a ring made bigger, they have done a fantastic job on both, staff are very friendly, and I would recommend you to go to the shop in Farnham.

I had seen a ring in Graham & Co's window a week ago and wanted to purchase but then found it had been sold. On enquiring, the team were extremely helpful in ordering me another one without question. This jewellers, whilst small, offers a beautiful range of pieces and are clearly on hand to assist with any additional needs and requests.
