What are your opening hours?
We're open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Our Sunninghill workshop remains closed on Sundays and UK bank holidays, but we welcome appointments outside regular hours for special requests.

Had some jewellery valued and ring size altered and was very pleased. Decided to try their Bespoke Design service and was disappointed. After a very brief discussion about 1 possible design which was not to my taste, we asked for other options and received a badly finished CAD drawing. When asking for a simple change and better drawings they asked for more money. Even though we paid 100 to get this far we decided to give up.

When we got married four years ago, we had our wedding rings designed and made by Jason and my engagement ring repaired. He helped us through a court case with the shop who sold us the engagement ring and was genuinely so lovely and understanding that we cannot wait to go back for an eternity ring. A bit late reviewing but honestly couldnt be happier with the craftsmanship.
