Our three individually converted farm buildings - Horse Mill Cottage, The Old Stables, and The Old Cart House - offer spacious, pet-friendly stays with premium amenities including open log fires, Smart TV systems, and high-speed fibre broadband. Luxury Cottages
Our three self-catering cottages sleep 4-6 guests with premium amenities including open log fires, Smart TV systems, and high-speed fibre broadband. Each property features fully equipped kitchens, leather sofas, and private outdoor spaces with scenic countryside views. The cottages combine historic charm with modern comforts for family holidays, romantic breaks, or special celebrations.
Indoor Swimming Pool
The 9.1m x 3.6m indoor pool maintains a constant 29C temperature with depth of 1.25m suitable for all ages. Facilities include changing rooms with hot showers, baby changing, and pool equipment hire. Open daily 9am-9pm with private access keys provided to guests, this all-weather facility ensures year-round enjoyment regardless of Scottish weather conditions.
Outdoor Hot Tubs
Each cottage has exclusive access to a private outdoor hot tub heated to 39C, located on individual patio areas with countryside views. The pool house also contains an indoor hot tub at 37C suitable for younger children. All hot tubs feature adjustable bubble jets and protective covers to maintain water temperature when not in use.
Tennis Court
Our full-size all-weather tennis court features two-tone green surfacing and traditional netting. The enclosed court includes spectator benches and provides racquet/ball hire for beginners. Located with rural farmland views, it offers both recreational play and serious training opportunities amidst Scotland's scenic countryside while maintaining accessibility for guests of all skill levels.
Games Room
The purpose-built games room contains table football, snooker/pool table, and table tennis equipment. Complemented by gym facilities including running machines and exercise bikes, this space also features board games, toys, and a children's play area. Open daily 9am-9pm with exclusive guest access, it provides diverse entertainment options for all age groups.

Hired the 3 cottages for all the family and had a fantastic time. Have stayed in other cottages but none as good as this. Having the pool solely just for us was great. Hot tubs fantastic and even had a go at tennis. Will definitely be booking again.

Nice cottages but no phone signal at all. Suggest owner gets a Signal Extender from their internet provider to give physical phone signal.

This place is amazing! This was my first visit, My mum and dad visit here regularly and kindly asked me to join them for the wk. I have To say it's up there as one of the best holidays ever. We went swimming every day, we went on big long beautiful walks (The scenery is stunning!), and we even played tennis! (Not very well!), and at night time we sat in front Of The toasty fire relaxing. If you want some quiet time? This place is perfect.
