Self-catering properties
Luxury self-catering accommodations available in two distinct styles: traditional cottages in The Courtyard and modern sea-view properties in The Steading. Properties sleep 2-8 guests with flexible configurations for families and groups.
Indoor pool access
All guests receive one free 50-minute exclusive pool session daily. Additional sessions and visitor access available at 10 per person. Pool area includes safety supervision requirements and usage restrictions.
Spa treatments
Professional wellness treatments available with 72-hour booking notice. Treatments include massages, facials, and beauty therapies conducted in dedicated treatment rooms.
Gym access
Fully equipped gym facility available for 10 per person per stay. Requires completion of health questionnaire but no induction. Open during designated hours with advance booking.
Tennis court hire
Indoor tennis court available for 10 per hour. Coaching available with advance booking. Court bookings prioritise residents with exclusive access during designated times.

How do I book accommodation at Morton of Pitmilly?
Bookings can be made online via our website, by phone, or email. A 30% deposit is required with final payment due 28 days before arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through our secure booking system. Full payment terms are outlined during the reservation process.
Are pets allowed in the properties?
Yes, we are pet-friendly with a £25 charge per dog. Pets must not be left unattended and are restricted from certain facilities.
What facilities are included in the rental price?
Prices include electricity, bed linen, towels, indoor pool access, sauna, steam room, Wi-Fi, and outdoor facilities during season.
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
We recommend holiday cancellation insurance. We provide necessary documentation for insurance claims upon request.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Properties are available from 4:00pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00am on departure day. Early/late access available for additional fees.

Beautiful place. With lovely facilities. Great wee swimming pool, tennis court and play park for the kids. Houses a bit chilly on arrival but hopefully this will be sorted soon.

Just back from a fantastic week at Morton of Pitmilly, stayed at Bramble Bank, which was amazing, comfortable, well appointed and the views were amazing. We had our new 6 month old pup with us so layout was perfect and the extensive walks around the estate did the job . The staff as usual were friendly and attentive, always a wave and a smile and happy to stop for a chat. There were couple of minor issues which were rectified immediately and with a smile. We enjoyed two pop ups while we were there pizza which was very tasty and fish and frites which was the best fish and chips we

As always we had an amazing time, accommodation is the highest standard - a real home from home. The resort is beautifully maintained, lovely tennis courts, putting green and play area and the walks are stunning. It's in such a lovely area, we cycled to Kingsbarns beach, distillery and Crail - all easily accessible and make for lovely days out. Thanks to all for a wonderful time.
