The Bothy
This one-bedroom cottage sleeps two guests in a super king/twin configuration with en-suite facilities. The open-plan living area features modern kitchen appliances, leather seating, and entertainment systems. The Stables
Sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, this property combines a super king room with a twin bedroom. The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge space. Located in a converted steading building, it maintains original architectural features alongside modern amenities.
The Byre
Our largest property accommodates six guests with three super king/twin bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living area. Designed for families or groups, it features multiple seating areas and a well-equipped kitchen. The property includes two private parking spaces and enhanced accessibility features.
Short Breaks
Flexible booking options available during off-peak seasons with discounted rates for shorter stays. Three-night breaks start at 70% of weekly rates, increasing proportionally with duration. Availability must be confirmed directly with management through phone inquiries or reservation forms.
Seasonal Offers
Discounted rates available during specific periods including the Highland Perthshire Cycle Festival. Price variations reflect seasonal demand with lowest rates during winter months and peak pricing during summer holidays. Special terms apply to Christmas and New Year bookings.

We stayed at the Byre Cottage with our two teenage children and family dog. Owners were extremely welcoming on our arrival and assured us the dog was also very welcome. The cottage is off a very high standard beautiful bed linen with a range of out of Eden toiletries provided. We loved the jacuzzi bath, all of the bedrooms were very spacious the master bedroom being extremely spacious. The views from the cottage are also fabulous. Its in a quiet location but ideal to travel to other towns. We had a fantastic break and loved the cottage will definitely be booking again cannot wait to return

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed, its a fantastic place, very well kept and very reasonably priced, the owners are very friendly and only to willing to help, and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. There are plenty of attractions close by and makes a perfect base for your Scottish holiday. We have stayed in the Stables and the Bothy, both very high standard and spotlessly clean, everything is quality, and the beds are comfy!!. It is my 50th birthday next year and we are hopefully going to be spending it in one of these beautiful cottages. We cannot recommend it enough
