Brenfield Croft Cottages

Two miles south of Ardrishaig lies West Loch Shores Brenfield. With three croft cottages and two shoreside lodges, Brenfield is the perfect base for exploring the Heart of Argyll. And with an onsite hot tub what could be better than rounding off your day relaxing against the backdrop of Loch Fyne? We have three terraced cottages, one specifically designed for disabled guests which has a concrete railed ramp to allow for wheelchair access.

You might not want to travel far on your first day so why not hire one of our canoes or kayaks and take a trip out, either down the West Loch or around the Island of Two Strangers. If you've never kayaked before or want to brush up your skills then book some time with Dave of Kayak Majik who is based with us.

We stayed last week in a hillside lodge overlooking one of the finest views in Scotland with our own balcony in a log xabin with all mod cons, quiet location with access to wonderful hill walks, shoreside activities like boating, canoeing, fishing and osprey watching. Unbelievable, great for families and pets and a short drive from Tarbert where there is every convenience, shops, pubs restaurants etc tourist office.
