Very pleased with Eastgate vets - very friendly and helpful and genuinely interested and kind and engaging with the pets . Unlike the vets I was previously with who sadly seemed only interested in getting you in and out and settling the bill. I have been with Eastgate vets in the past and have always had good service and never a problem getting an appointment. Only downside is the car park is rather small .

They were extremely helpful and quick in their response as our elderly dog was very poorly. Somehow found us slot on the same day and hes now receiving the help he needs. We are very grateful and would recommend this veterinary surgery to all.

I have been taking my animals to Eastgate for the last 26 years. They are always friendly, polite and professional. This includes the receptionists, the nurses and the vets themselves. I have never had any problems. Now that Covid has struck, I have been twice and both times the vets came out to the car to speak to me and to pick up the cat and take her inside for treatment and examination. They then came back out and thoroughly explained what was wrong and what to look out for. I would recommend Eastgate to anyone I know who has a pet. They are fantastic! Thank you so much to all of them who do

Paula in the Office was exceptional in her efficiency, obtaining the test results and meds for my cat before I went away.
Georgie and Nicky were both very professional, explaining my cats problems so I would understand, being gentle with her (shes 18yrs) and being friendly. Thank you.
