We were reffered to Rossdales from our local vets in Nottingham for lameness issues and the service was exceptional.
Every member of staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
The process was explained prior, even though the covid measures probably made it slightly more difficult we were kept informed as best possible.
I'm very happy with how the practice handled our visit and I'd have no hesitation to return.
