Really happy with our pre booked journey's for last weekend which were for a wheelchair accessible taxi. Drivers were courteous, help, and prompt. Without your help My Mum wouldn't have been able to attend the event so thank you very much

Always late to pick up. They tell you 5 to 10 minutes but they can take 20 to 30 minutes to come. Also watch out for price they charge what they like always ask when you ring

Ordered a taxi and advised we had a well behaved dog. Driver agreed and agreed pickup but driver just didnt turn up and then ignored all calls. A call from a different mobile showed calls were being answered but when questioned, driver hung up again! If you cant service a request, dont say you can! And more importantly, hanging up on customers without telling them you actually cant make it? Single female traveller? Really?!!
Edit: We SPECIFICALLY asked about the trained black Labrador. We were told no problem, 10-15 minutes. I called after 20 minutes to see where you were and

Booked to pick up at 5am for airport run, even rang them the evening before the flight to confirm and was told yes pick up was confirmed.
Had to call them at 5.10am to enquiry where taxi was, eventually turned up at 5.20am.... Will not be using this company again.
