Pre-booked a car for 6.50am. Received a call at 6.49am to say that there was a shortage of drivers and that a driver had just been allocated and would be 10 mins. I ended up waiting 25 mins for the car to show up and therefore missed my train into London and was late for workeven though I had deliberately booked a car earlier than needed in case of delay!!

AVOID! Would give 0 stars if I could. Left us stranded on Christmas Day. Booked taxi 2 weeks in advance, checked booking by phone day before. 1 hour before arrival called to say no driver available! Happy to take your money, but only if convenient to them. Use another company, I sure will be.
