The taxi arrived late. there was no apology message from him when we arrived. We had to call to find out where the taxi was to know why he was not there? he said he would arrive in 20 minutes but in the end we waited 1 full hour. It is absolutely unacceptable.
once Inside he did not know where to go and had to check the address while he was Driving. it was not safe at all as he was looking at his phone while Driving. avoid at all costs

I recently took a trip with these guys from reading to London. From the outset the service was remarkable. The receptionist was polite and professional. The driver arrived 5 min before the pick up time. The car was splendidly clean and the driver sanitised all the touch points before I got in the vehicle. The price was most cost effective and was genuinely pleased with the overall service. Highly recommended.

Although I had an issue with the price and made a complaint, this was handled with professionalism and transparency. The head office called me and provided me with an informative justification on why the price was 7 and the regulations at work. Very good customer service and reliable business. Will use them again
