I called about a stuck window, got some helpful advice on the phone about making adjustments myself. That helped me solve my problem and avoided me even needing a call out. Wonderful customer service. Will be my go to in future.

Fantastic service from this company. Phoned with an issue we had with our front door and they were here within the hour and issue was sorted within 10 minutes! Great prices and the silver lining was being given 2 extra keys which is the exact amount we needed. Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone.

The guys were brilliant, from providing information before the job and giving a detailed quote, sourcing all the necessary locks and then carrying out the work and doing a fine job with not only changing the locks but going above and beyond by planing down the doors so they open and close better. would definitely recommend and use again if I ever need more locks doing.
