Had a small emergency, answered the phone straight away, was available within 45 minutes, gave me a estimate price over then phone (well priced). When he arrived he managed to resolve the issue in less then 15 minutes without replacing anything and didn't charge me for it. Top service!

An amazing service from beginning to end. After my front door lock broke with no way to secure it for the night, one of my neighbours recommended Lockmaster in Coalville. I called at 8pm to see if they could help and Richard came out within an hour and fixed the door. Richard was polite, friendly and extremely efficient. The door was fixed and working perfectly in less than 45 minutes and the cost was less than I was expecting. Excellent service. 100% recommendation.

Lock on our backdrop had failed, I brought the wrong lock and tried to fit it without success (obviously) Made a call and he was at our door within half hour. He had the correct lock on the van and fitted it within in 15 mins. The all in cost was pretty reasonable too, shame I didnt phone him a few days earlier! Highly recommended. Would definitely use again if we needed to.

Excellent Service! I managed to lock (all on the same key set) my car house and garage key in the garage. They came to our house within 20minute, And were very understanding and quick once they set to work. Thanks very much, Very recommended.
