Critical:Punctuality
Ordered a taxi for 1:30 am all confirmed to take us to the bus station 35 pounds for a 10 minute drive(bolt was 9). THEY NEVER TURNED UP!!! Waited for 20 minutes then chose bolt.

I ordered a car for midnight to pick 3 of us up from my sons wedding venue and due to my online booking error it arrived the night before the wedding! M.Qasim (the driver) was so understanding regarding my mistake and arrived promptly the following night and kept in touch via text message to confirm where he was parked as the road was very busy! It was a very smooth ride home and our driver was very polite and considerate. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
