There were 6 passengers so a larger vehicle was needed. We used the service 3 times in one evening. The first time was pre-booked. This arrived in plenty of time and really good text notifications received. The other 2 times were spontaneous and these both arrived very quickly and again really good messaging received. All vehicles were clean and tidy and all drivers very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I was absolutely delighted with Hamid and his team, they were all so friendly and professional. All taxis sent were spotless inside and the drivers were very polite. I highly recommend this company for personal and business use. I will be using again. Thank you Hamid and Team for everything.

A very reliable taxi service with lovely helpful drivers and LOTS of wheelchair taxis, which are very hard to find. A1 are easy to work with, and their text notification and tracking systems are really helpful. We've used them on lots of occasions for local journeys and longer trips with Mum in her wheelchair. They are excellent. Thank you for making stressful journeys much easier. We'd recommend A1 and will use them again and again. Teresa
