Lovely chap on the phone. Really helped us to get a cab asap in this busy rainy night.

Very rude from the moment we got into taxi, taking personal calls. Miscommunication at end about price (Which I can agree was partly my fault) resulted him getting out and aggressive, jumping out the taxi and shouting even after I said sorry repeatedly. Then he threatened me. Oh and he refused to give me my 80p change. Never again and left my girlfriend pretty shaken (Which in this day is awful)
