Was told 5 minutes when the cab was almost half an hour away. When will cab companies learn to be honest when giving an ETA? If you told me the truth Id have just gone and got a coffee. I wasnt in a rush but was stood outside Sainsburys waiting like a lemon for half an hour. The driver was a top bloke when he arrived but this is why I use Uber.
