Being the only company in Sawbridgeworth seems to make Sadlers think they can do what they like. I have used them regularly in the past until one of their drivers went out of their way to drive through a puddle and soak me on my walk to work. I called to complain and the operator confirmed the car and time of the pick up and that a manager would call back. This has not happened and as such I will never use them again.
