Michelle is fantastic, we had spoken a couple of times about a role that applied for and she said to just be myself and stay positive. I applied for a telesales Job when all that was on my CV was work in hospitality (not one bit of experience) yet Michelle gave me a chance to see how i carried myself over the phone and during an interview, and by chance i got the job. My point is that not only Michelle, but all the staff at Ashendon have your interests at heart and not just there own which for me has resulted in the opportunity of a life time.
