Extremely helpful. Had a key issue not unlocking the car so asked for help in maybe fitting a new battery or replacing the key fob but they took the key off me for 5 minutes, tweaked it here and there, then handed it back to me in full functioning working condition - without charging a penny. This is what I class as customer service, utterly helpful without looking for anything in return if it doesnt warrant it. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Took my van here for an MOT, which they failed and quoted me a ridiculous price to do the work. I went to a garage I used before moving to Haslemere and none of the things Arnold's failed me for actually needed doing, one of them is an advisory but 2nd garage quoted me around 50 and Arnold's quoted 370!! Slight price difference there. Also charged me 20 to adjust the headlights, which takes seconds and they didn't check with me beforehand, and then they set them too high so 2nd garage needed to readjust. Totally incompetent and money grabbing by the looks of things, utterly appalled and definitely

Excellent service from Arnolds Garage. My little Fiat had an issue with the timing belt that almost snapped due to the engine dropping from its mountings. Kieran provided first-class service and checked everything straight away and quickly diagnosed the problem. New bolts were drilled and a new cam belt was fitted and I was back on the road the next day. Very impressed!
