I was dealt with by James, Sales Manager, who could not have been more helpful. He is likable, knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. Hawthorns is also a trading garage/service center so the cars they sell will have been given a thorough examination and given any attention required prior to being sold. The car I bought was in very good condition and very well presented. The few minor imperfections I pointed out were all rectified prior to the sale, I could not have asked for more.
