Beginners Hatha Yoga
Structured 60-minute sessions introducing fundamental yoga postures and breathing techniques. Classes begin with grounding exercises before progressing through classical sun salutations and foundational asanas. Emphasis is placed on understanding body alignment while building core strength and flexibility, making this ideal for those new to yoga or seeking to refine basic techniques.
Dynamic Flow Yoga
90-minute sessions combining breath work with continuous movement sequences. Starting with mindfulness practices, classes progress through sun salutations and challenging standing poses. Designed to build stamina and strength, these sessions incorporate advanced alignment techniques while maintaining a focus on breath-movement coordination for experienced practitioners seeking progression.
