Had an MOT & Service which passed and everything was "completely fine" but 2 weeks later I brought my car to a different garage following a puncture which advised me the complete opposite. Wheel alignment is off, Tyre depths were 2/3mm despite my MOT advising that these were 4/6mm and had very concerning cracks. Luckily, I had a puncture and went to a different garage otherwise, I would have not noticed. Also, staff were rude in person and email when booking and bringing my car to the garage.

We got a flat tyre whilst travelling on a break to York with a car full of stuff, two children and a dog! The team at Reg Greenwood, were fabulous and very friendly. From my call to see if they could help to then replacing the tyre and checking all the others to reassure us that they were OK - the service was faultless. I am SO grateful that we found them and if we lived in the area would not go anywhere else for tyres or exhausts!

I had an exhaust problem whilst travelling on the A1. Called in to see if Reg Greenwood could help. They were very helpful and obliging and ordered the replacement part straight away, which arrived within 90 mins and was fitted immediately. I was then able to resume my journey. I totally recommend this business, and was grateful for all their help. Cheers
