Stephen and Andrea make a great team. While on holiday in Yorkshire, I needed a part for my campervan canopy. Stephen ordered this and fitted it for me. Very impressed with the service. Would recommend for everything caravan, motorhome and campervan.

Steve and Gemma are fantastic. We had our second towbar fitted by them recently- perfect job and a great service. We made a newbie mistake afterwards with our autohold. Asked AI which came up with all sorts of twaddle but Gemma solved the problem for us with grace and patience. Absolutely 100% recommend this family firm.

We contacted Gemma with issues with our Truma boiler. They were so busy but agreed to take a look in a week or so. Steven carried out all the tests to diagnose the fault which was an easy fix thank goodness. They were so very helpful, knowledgable and accommodating but equally important just very nice genuine people. So pleased we have found Jaques and we will definitely be using them for any future work on our MH.

This family business was brilliant and friendly. There was an electrical fault causing no power to fog light which other garages couldnt fix. They quickly identified the problem and sorted it. Then even arranged for MOT retest that afternoon.

I found Jacques online and asked them for advice after I had received a quote from a local company in Lancashire.

Jacques refused to give me any details or prices over the phone and I had to visit while Stephen and Gemma spent an hour measuring up and devising the best system for my purposes. A few months later Steve fitted a massive 460 AH Fogstar battery and a solar panel together with a Victron controller.

The final price was similar to the quotation I'd received locally for a 200AH system! So - great value for the best available set up. After four months of DAILY use across the UK and Europe I've been able to go off grid regularly and rarely pay for a campsite electric supply. During my winter travels I expect to pay for site electric to top up the battery just twice per week. I should explain Im a heavy power user with a hungry laptop, Starlink and ham radios.

Everything has worked exactly as planned and the support Stephen and Gemma provided has been amazing. I would thoroughly recommend Jacques to anyone wanting to upgrade their motorhome or campervan electric systems

Cant recommend this family firm enough. The work is of a very high standard and prices are fair and Steve and Gemma will always go that extra mile to get the job done, and done well !
Excellent

Amazing service. Cannot recommend this family run business enough. They fitted the awning to my campervan and went out of their way to help me in terms of the logistics getting my van to them. Incredibly friendly and efficient. And did a great job!
