We pride ourselves in having years of experience in this business and fully understand the need and support required when a loved one passes away. We also feel it is imperative to be available whenever you need us and a reason why we operate a 24 hour service.

If the death has occurred at home and was expected, you should contact the Doctor who attended the deceased during their final illness.
When you contact us to look after your loved one we will speak to you about your wishes then we can guide and provide a personal estimate for you. Funeral costs are divided into 2 parts; charges made by J. P. Keates and Son for the services we provide and Third party fees which are fees we pay on your behalf.
