About us
Report
We are a long established local veterinary surgery, established in Whitstable in the mid 1950s. We have always aimed to provide top quality veterinary care to the animals of Whitstable, Herne Bay and the surrounding areas. The practice was originally located in Whitstable High Street and near to the Sea Front in Herne Bay, but in the 1990s the Herne Bay practice closed and the whole practice moved to Whitstable.

Our services
Report
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's wellbeing. Your pets are always our priority. We all have our own pets and work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgery we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
Repeat Prescriptions
Report
Many of our patients are receiving long term treatment and are eligible for 'repeat prescriptions'. Usually, we see these patients every six months, although for some conditions and often at the start of a new treatment, this may be more frequently. If your pet is due more of their usual medication, please contact us no less than 48-hours before you would like to collect this.

If your call is during the night or at the weekend whilst our clinic is closed, please contact MiNightVet Canterbury on 01227 941140.
