Whitstable Bay Vets was established in the summer of 2016, the end result of many years of dreaming and planning. Owned and run by vets Adam and Vicky Scutt, every last aspect of the practice was designed by us to be welcoming and convenient. Our practice is fully equipped to provide comprehensive, high-quality care for the pets of Whitstable, Canterbury and the surrounding area.
Meet the Team

As one of our veterinary nurses, Tracy is often kept busy nursing patients before, during and after surgery, and assisting in operations- something that she loves doing. She also runs our puppy parties to help the pups get used to other dogs and learn that coming to the vets isn't always a scary thing!

Every member of our team believes passionately that how we do things is just as important as what we do. It's important to us that our practice feels warm and welcoming - for you and your pets. We all love what we do and feel privileged to be trusted with the care of your beloved pets. Sometimes, inevitably, there will be times of sadness but we'll always be right there with you (with a cup of tea and a box of tissues if needed.)

With extensive facilities and a highly experienced team, we are able to provide treatment and care for your pet in almost every instance. Where more specialist treatment may be recommended, we will discuss all the available options with you, working closely with referral centres as required in order to ensure that your pet always receives the most appropriate care.
Health checks
Report
Just like us, pets benefit from regular check-ups to make sure that everything is working as it should, and to spot any potential issues as early as possible. Pets can be very good at hiding any pain or discomfort they may be experiencing and so an annual health check is a very good way of spotting any underlying problems, which often respond better to early treatment.
