When should I start my policy?
Coverage begins from your trip start date, except cancellation cover, which starts at purchase and ends when your trip begins.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get cover if I’m receiving ongoing medical treatment?
We consider cover for those undergoing treatment, but ongoing treatment costs like dialysis are not included in the policy.

Do not have anything nice to say about them. I took it thinking theyd be better than others but I was wrong. They have taken over 4 months to settle a claim for which I am not responsible.
