Homesdale was the best property management company we were dealing with in London. For 9 months of renting a flat through them weve faced more professionalism and support than for years of renting through others. Hollie and Kerry were always there for us if we had any issues sorting everything out on the next day. We were amazed at how attentively they take care of the property, possible problems were carefully examined and several elements were replaced or painted even without asking for it. I've been a tenant with Homesdale Property for coming up to a year now. My time and experience here so far has been amazing and the best place I've rented with so far. Holly and Kerry have been fantastic. The maintenance man is great as well and always quick to respond and sort out any issues. I rented this property for 6 months. Kerry and Hollie were amazing and very courteous to deal with. My deposit was also returned with no issues and very promptly. The flat itself was very central, just off Chislehurst high street but away from any noise. Good neighbors and the property has a period feel to it. Good transport links and parking was key for me and the apartment itself was airy and clean. The only downside was the electric heaters which were not the most effective in extreme cold however you could supplement that with your own which is what i did for a couple of months. The property
