We also expanded our services to include a second location in Heathfield in 2021, with similarly advanced capabilities and direct access to our comprehensive medical records system. Our team of experienced veterinary professionals is led by Chris Hall, who brings over 25 years of veterinary experience, including work with wildlife in South Africa and emergency care in South Wales. We offer a wide range of services from routine preventative care to complex medical treatments, minimising referrals through our extensive in-house capabilities. Services
Preventative Healthcare
Our preventative healthcare services include vaccinations, parasite prevention, and regular health checks designed to keep pets healthy throughout their lives. We offer comprehensive wellness programs through our Healthy Pet Club, which provides cost-effective preventative care with monthly payments and expert guidance on nutrition, dental health, and behavior training. Our twice-yearly health checks help detect potential issues before they become serious, giving pets the best chance for long-term health.
Emergency Veterinary Services
We provide emergency veterinary care through our partnership with VetsNow, offering 24/7 treatment for pets requiring urgent attention outside our normal business hours. While our clinics operate Monday to Saturday, we ensure continuity of care by communicating closely with VetsNow staff and sharing complete medical records. This partnership guarantees that your pet will receive expert emergency treatment at any time, with follow-up care seamlessly transferred back to our team.
Diagnostic Imaging
Our diagnostic imaging services include digital x-rays and ultrasound, enabling rapid and accurate diagnosis of internal conditions. The digital x-ray machine at both our Uckfield and Heathfield clinics provides immediate results, allowing for faster treatment decisions. We can also share images electronically with specialists for additional insights when needed. This capability significantly reduces the time required for diagnosis compared to traditional methods, improving outcomes for pets requiring urgent care.
Dental Care
Our dental care services cover routine check-ups, cleanings, and treatment of oral conditions through our dedicated dental machines in both clinics. We offer comprehensive dental x-rays to identify hidden issues and perform scaling and polishing similar to human dental care. Our staff provides expert guidance on home dental care routines to maintain oral health between visits, helping to prevent serious dental problems that can affect a pet's overall wellbeing.
Surgical Procedures
We perform a wide range of surgical procedures at our Uckfield clinic using two dedicated operating theatres with heated tables and advanced anaesthetic monitoring. Our facilities enable us to handle most surgical requirements in-house, minimizing the need for referrals. The Heathfield clinic handles routine surgeries with access to Uckfield's more extensive facilities for complex cases. Our surgical capabilities include routine procedures, minor operations, and some specialist treatments, all performed with the latest medical technology and post-operative care.

Great vets. Trust them implicitly.. such a shame that if you need emergency vets out of hours ,we're forced to ring rubbish vets now.. and who wants to drive out that way late at night, when you've been on a very long day at work..awful reviews on vets now...

Excellent experience from start to finish at this vets, with my dog who needed surgery. Felt like they really care, unlike experience with another veterinary practice.

We, temporarily, ended a very, very happy relationship with Henley House, as we said 'goodbye' to Kai recently, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and his team and we look forward to, in time, starting again with them.
