If I could give you horrible, disorganised pieces of rubbish 0 stars, then I would. Not only did you fail to inform the current residents that we had a pre-booked viewing, but you SOLD THE HOUSE WHILE WE WERE STOOD INSIDE! How disrespectful and inconsiderate. We took time out of our days and you don't even have enough respect to let us know that the house was sold! You should all be ashamed of yourselves!

Such a good experience when looking for a house next year. James showed us around and was so friendly, genuine and it's clear he enjoys his job. He was incredibly informative and was able to answer all of our questions, he totally sold the house for us.
