At the time of signing, you are required to make a further advance rent payment of 200.00. This is taken off your first term's rent instalment along with the 50. Guarantor: Guarantors will be subject to necessary checks and all student tenancies will require a guarantor unless other arrangements have been made with the landlord.

We ask for a 50.00 advance rent payment when applying for your room, and then an additional 200.00 advance rent payment within 7 days, both amounts will be deducted from your first instalment of rent. We do not ask for a deposit for our student properties, however we do ask for a UK based home-owning guarantor.

As the first lockdown was lifted in the summer of 2020, we wasted no time diving straight back into our work and began our redevelopment at Gordon Terrace. The lockdown had wiped out 4 of our 12 week renovation window, so with only 8 weeks to fully rip out and renovate 4 flats, we knew had a very busy 2 months ahead.
