I have recently rented a property through this agency and I will comment about my experience with them as a tenant over the course of a week for now. Throughout they have been very professional and they did a very thorough check in with me. All the meter readings were taken by the agents themselves with you being there of course. I was seeing some reviews here and I must say I have had the opposite of what few negative reviews are about. For example, if you talk about responsiveness, they are super responsive. They will give you a call back within minutes. I needed some of the items fixing
