At LM Properties we are proud to work on a fixed fee tiered structure and therefore you know exactly what your fees are from the offset and do not have to worry about a commission based fee. We do offer a free no obligation valuation - this means our sales advisor will meet with you at the property to give you an accurate valuation of what your property is likely to achieve.

To buy a property from ourselves the first thing to do is browse our available properties, should you see a property you like, you would then contact us to arrange a viewing for a time that suits yourself. Should you wish to submit an offer for your desired property, we can take any verbal offers to our clients for verbal acceptance.

We will market your property on all major portals and carry out all viewings. We will also do full referencing on the tenants (includes credit checks, employment checks and previous landlord checks) and provide six months rental guarantee cover for free. We will carry out an inventory and also create a tenancy agreement.

To rent a property from ourselves the first thing to do is browse our available properties, should you see a property you like, you would then contact us to arrange a viewing for a time that suits yourself. Once you have viewed your desired property and wish to proceed we would ask that you fill out our rental application forms.
