Dell at Good Wood Flooring fitted wooden flooring throughout my flat. Dell was really responsive - completed the quote and the work really quickly. The floor looks fantastic and Dell went the extra mile - sorting out ill-fitting doors and helping me put my furniture together. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I had my flooring laid by another company and it was awful!!! Gaps between the LVT tiles (glue down) not level etc and then I called multiple companies to discuss the flooring to be done again before I decided to go ahead as I didnt know who to trust and didnt feel confident enough with the others i spoke to. Steve and Stephen are UNBELIEVABLE at what they do, true professionals and they really know what they are doing. They got the job done fast but more importantly they did an excellent job. My floor was half concrete half wood and it wasnt easy but they did an amazing

Dell did a fantastic job installing my wood floor in the my extension. I had a builder do this initially but he did such a bad job i had to rip it up and bring Dell in to do it properly. Looks beautiful and was such good value for money! Many thanks.

Dell was great start to finish. Got back to our queries quickly. Gave us advice on the flooring and fitted our laminate and carpet well. Would highly recommend.

Dell fitted carpets for us some time ago and did an excellent job. I post a review because we have had other carpets and lino fitted since then by multiple providers, sadly not by Dell as the location is out of his catchment area, and there is such a stark difference in quality of workmanship and service. It makes us feel even more appreciative of his work and can recommend his services without reservation.

I specifically contacted Good Wood Flooring / Dell to quote based on Google Reviews. From the initial email communication, he was helpful and provided an estimate prior to a site survey so I knew roughly what to expect. His site visit was friendly, and he provided advice on scotia finishings and fitting arrangements. Furthermore, he kept to his desktop quote unlike other contractors who have reputations to find extra costs. Once the fitting was scheduled, Dell arranged another visit the day before starting to drop off his tools, run through everything and make sure everything was in good order
