Had a booking confirmed, both from booking.com and emails from the hotel and hotel has taken a deposit. 4 weeks before arrival the hotel cancels without warning stating booking.com hadn't updated my booking which is a blatant lie as I've been in contact directly with the hotel several times over the past few months. So disappointed at being treated this way - no apology and still have not received deposit back. Clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority for this hotel. Such a shame.

Enjoyed our stay so much. Rooms are stylish and comfy. Staff were great and went above and beyond, really friendly. Bijou seating in bar but head for the terrace with drinks for the river view and watch the world go by. For a city dweller this was bliss!
