At Jewells Guest House in Plymouth, we are fortunate as we have on- street parking outside and alongside our guest house and it's currently only 5 a day for a permit. As it is only 200 yards from the Hoe Park and less than 500 yards from the Royal Citadel, there is also plenty of parking in the vicinity.
