The perfect place for some respite after some wet and wild moorland walking...friendly staff and cosy atmosphere. Only thing letting it down was the limited bar food menu, also dont rely on the sign outside saying "rooms available tonight", as there weren't any.

Charming quant country side hotel on Dartmoor. Lovely fireplace and atmosphere. The fish finger burgers and cream tea were delicious. Service was good.

Beautiful place and lovely staff who aren't just customer service robots, they were happy for a laugh too. lovely Christmas meal and lovely atmosphere in the entrance lobby with the comfy chairs to relax after your food next to the fire. x

This is an excellent Hotel, we stay here regularly. The staff are very polite and professional. The food in the restaurant is first class highly recommended.
