Charged us for their car park despite both nights not having spaces available. Then they gave us a street parking pass and told us wed be okay parking there, we got a ticket and when we asked reception, they were rude and said its not our problem. The WiFi was poor and they said they could cater to allergens for breakfast but when we arrived, there was nothing available, stains on the floor and chair. Rather disappointed in their service besides the one staff member when we checked in was lovely. Wont be coming here again.

Nice little hotel in a great position. Breakfast was the best I have had and they accommodated me coming in a bit late as came back from parkrun. Staff were really nice and you cant ask for more. Going back to Plymouth and staying here again.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here and it was wonderful. Roy, Betty and family were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make it a wonderful day.
