Lovely airy family room, spotlessly clean. Nigel the owner couldn't be more helpful. Brilliant location, handy for everything. Hopefully we will be back.

Clean and comfy bed but otherwise pretty basic. 20 steps down to toilet, 30 to the shower. Shower (in 70s bath suite and facing entrance hall) feels like it's going to collapse. No black out blind in room so woke up at 5:30.

Awfully rude service from waiter who clearly hates his job ,such a shame as food was excellent, they need better staff.
