If approaching from the A1, exit at Scotch Corner and take the A66 west to Appleby. Bypass Appleby and travel a couple of miles to Kirkby Thore, just past the Esso petrol station, turn right at the Bridge End Inn. The road is signposted Knock, Milburn and Dufton. After approximately 2 miles you will approach a 'T' junction.

All our holiday cottages are fully double glazed, centrally heated and well equipped, each has a fitted kitchen with full size oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The holiday cottages have a full size bathroom, except Holly cottage and The Studio (apartment) which both have a shower room.
