We live on the Fylde Coast, but have spent much of our spare time travelling to the Lake District to enjoy the many outdoor pursuits that this area has to offer. We eventually took the plunge and purchased No 39 Bank Terrace at the start of 2012. We bought this lovely Cottage because of its superb position and its stunning views.

The Keysafe is located at the front door, and the access code will be sent to you approximately 1 week prior to your stay. There is a private parking bay for 1 vehicle at the end of the row of cottages, signed as "Miner's Cottage". There are 2 routes into Coniston, from either the North via Ambleside, or the South via Torver.

A wonderful stay here - the cottage has been perfect and the area is stunning! We've loved all the beautiful walks (and of course swimming / paddle boarding in the lake). A perfect break! Many thanks Mandy. Unbelievably good weather. Took advantage of this and we are all suitably knackered! Great beer as usual at The Ship, The Sun and Black Bull.
