A3 star with a 4 star position and staff,
Lovely food ,perfect night away ,bar area nicely spread out sofas ,tables and chairs . Great winter break with myhotelbreak.com. room comfortable and warm overlooking the canal. Big shower. Everything just great.

The room we were put into looked nothing like the ones on the website, the hotel exterior and interior is dated, the pillowcase had brown stains on it, and the quilt cover had black mold, when the cover was taken off to be replaced the quilt had a large brown urine stain on it and it was not replaced. The windows either did not open or were he'll open will a block of wood. The dinner menu had 4 option for starter, main and pudding, I have never seen a main meal option having being an egg salad. This was advertised as a superior room lol

Great deals, we booked Riverside lodge for 1 night and it was really nice, Dinner, bed and breakfast. Food was great too.

Stayed at the Bucktree Hotel in Telford /Shropshire, it was absolutely amazing , lovely view of the lake from our bedroom and staff and food was fantastic, did our little mini cruise with Sabrina cruises in Shrewsbury , thank you so much at #myhotelbreak.com

Great to see but very quiet when we where there not much happening but still good to see and the steam train as in Harry Potter movies went by at the bottom of the locks
