Luxury King Rooms

Luxury King Rooms offer a blend of comfort and elegance with soft linens, modern amenities, and stunning views of Drymens village square or tranquil rear garden. Ideal for couples seeking relaxation, these rooms provide a quiet retreat after exploring Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. The rooms include smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, and access to a fridge and garden furniture.

Annex Twin Rooms

Annex Twin Rooms combine comfort and convenience with shared kitchen facilities, ideal for families or groups. Located on the upper floor of the annex, these rooms feature French doors opening to a garden view and a bath for relaxation. Amenities include TV, free Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, and optional BBQ hire, making them perfect for self-catering stays.

Conic Suite

The Conic Suite is a spacious family room accommodating up to four guests with a double bedroom and fold-down sofa bed. Equipped with two TVs, a kitchen, and an outdoor seating area, it offers flexibility for meals, relaxation, and outdoor dining. This room is ideal for longer stays and family adventures in the Loch Lomond area.

Garden Pod

The Garden Pod is a secluded double en-suite room with a fold-down couch and galley kitchen. Winter Escapes

Winter Escapes provide cosy self-catering stays in our Family Room or Annex Twin Rooms between October and March. These packages include private kitchens, en-suite bathrooms, and exclusive access to nearby leisure facilities (for an additional 5 per person). Ideal for peaceful getaways with fewer crowds, guests can enjoy Loch Lomonds serene winter landscapes and the villages welcoming atmosphere.

How do I book a room at Braeside Guest House?

Are pets allowed at Braeside Guest House?

Clean dogs are permitted in the family room (max two), but not in other rooms. A crate and cleaning fee apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely through Stripe, accepting major credit and debit cards.

Do you offer breakfast options?

Breakfast is served at the Drymen Inn from 08:00-11:00. Packed lunches are available on request.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 16:00 and 18:00. Check-out is by 10:00, with a late option until 12:00 for an extra fee.

Are there leisure facilities available?

Yes, guests have access to a nearby hotel’s gym, sauna, hot tub, and pool for £5 per person.

Wow, from the moment we arrived it was amazing. The best b&b we have ever stayed I'm and we've stayed in a few. The hosts are great so knowledgeable, they took the time to tell us the best places to go. We had a great day on the Loch hiring a canoe and rowing round the island. The room was huge, clean and the champagne was the best

Fantastic accommodation and really great to find somewhere easy to access in my wheelchair, right in the village centre, just a few metres from the Drymen Inn. The owner Chris and his wife were very generous in supporting us with complimentary accommodation as part of a charity challenge doing the West Highland Way. Huge thanks!!!

I was in en suit room 1, in the main house, beautiful room, with an extreamly comfortable king size bed, slept very well, plenty of tea or coffee, and fresh milk, TV and WiFi. I decided not to have the optional breakfast. I opted for a packed lunch, good selection to choose from, which was made by the host. I was at ease on the first meeting with Fiona and Chris excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble for this delightful young couple. If I had anything to complain about it would be that I only stayed one night, I will definitely be back for a longer stay at Braeside Guesthouse. Thank you

Had the privilege of being the first guests in the newly refurbished family suite. The hosts went all out to accommodate us despite it being a last minute booking and even provided a list of interesting places to visit which we found extremely helpful. Very highly recommended.

Best guest house ever! The decor was so nice. The hosts were lovely and really friendly. Everything new. Ensuite rooms. I would definitely recommend it!!

Fantastic stay in Braeside, immaculate guest house with cracking hosts Chris and Fiona who are really friendly. I'd easily give this place 6 stars !.... highly recommended if your looking for first class accommodation whilst in the area.
Drymen is a good base for day excursions to Loch Lomond, Central Belt and Perthshire and a good excuse to stay a coupe of days in Braeside...you won't be disappointed...
