I used to love this store at its old location, but since moving down the street its gone somewhat downhill. Staff look disinterested or depressed, not sure I want to shop here again. The last time I visited a female member of staff served me, she came across as cocky and arrogant which put me off buying the clothing I tried on.

Two out of three of the staff members were quite offputting and rude. One of whom I could hear muttering under her breath "this isn't my job" as she was folding clothes. The other, who helped me find a fitting room, was cold and unwilling to help me find other sizes or styles for a pair of trousers I wanted.
