To say this company are unprofessional would be an understatement. Back in August, Paterson Solicitors approached ourselves (Simon Constable's Equine Practice), requesting a letter to be sent supporting a case they were working on. At this time, a 100 charge was agreed from both parties, of which this should have been paid within our invoicing period of 30 days. 60 days later, this balance was still not cleared, and our accounts department began chasing. After several failed attempts at making successful communication, we finally managed to contact the receptionist, whom abruptly brushed us off
