These people are unprofessional at every turn, if there actually were any turns - they ignore all correspondence and when you do speak to them, it is not worth your time. They dont make a note of any conversation, they ignore complaints, they accidentally send you emails meant for their colleagues containing outright lies. After speaking to the director, I became privy to the knowledge that he had over 200 complaints on the go. This is a bit of a red flag, not to mention highly inappropriate and unprofessional to share this with a client. I know that the buying and selling process can

In a demanding market at the moment with intreast rates low and stamp duty stopped. Laura and gavin were able to sort the conveyancing, as quickly as they could. Trishna and pip are lovely, they looked after my husband and I just like family would. They worked so hard on our sale of house which was not only tricky but was a nightmare as my buyers kept moving the goal post. I cannot thank them enough and they went above and beyond. Avoid this company at all costs. Although the price was reasonable, you get what you pay for. On their website they inform you that they will issue updates twice a week. The only time I received an update (after the initial update in the first week) was when I sent an email asking for one after having waited on occasions in excess of 2 weeks to receive an update. There were a number of other communication issues that I won't go into but to top it off on the day of completion they did not settle my mortgage and instead paid the money into my personal account.
