One of the worst fraud estate agents. They talk very politely during move in, but do not maintain the property even after repeated issue reporting. And finally when you move out, they try to claim the deposit money for false damages. I too had a similar experience and the agents claims were rejected and all of my deposit was returned by DPS. I had evidence of all issue reporting.

They seem to be helpful until you sign the contract and pay the money. Then they disappear and tell you to fix the problems which is not your fault in the property that you moved in. They need to think twice before asking tenants to give them a five star review.

Shafique and Zafran from Holden's have been absolutely wonderful to deal with during my most recent move. Shafique went out of his way to ensure the entire process was seamless and easy with minimal stress. He was very professional when showing me the property and Zafran with all the admin involved. Furthermore, I was able to trust them both very quickly and knew this was going to be an excellent experience.
